Paper layout for outliner view

You can toggle settings for a paper-like layout in the Outliner view. Here is a step-by-step guide:

• Open the settings in outliner.md.
• Scroll down to the Paper layout settings.
• Toggle it on or off to observe the changes.

Essentially, when you turn it off, the background of the Outliner view will be removed, and the text weight for the Outliner list bullets will reset to the default.
